Prodo-Pak^® offers the H Series to automatically pack powders, grains or liquids in sachets of three or four seals. Starting from a reel of heat-sealable material, in intermittent cycles all models make, fill and seal the sachet. Available with volumetric cup fillers, auger fillers, gravity or piston pumps, and tablet feeders to package a broad range of products.

NEW MODEL H STU SERIES HORIZONTAL FORM/ FILL/ SEAL MACHINE FOR STAND UP POUCH WITH CORNER VALVE & TOP VALVE

The Model H1.5 STU is a new addition to Prodo-Pak’s line of form/fill and seal packaging machinery. The H1.5 STU is a horizontal, intermittent motion, variable speed pouch machine designed to produce stand up (Doypak) style pouches with a re-closeable fitment. Pouch sizes range from 1.5 in. wide by 2.25 in. tall to 5.9 in. wide by 11.8 in. tall. The rated output speed is 80-100 PPM in a one-up (Simplex) configuration or double the speed 160 to 200 PPM in a two-up (Duplex) configuration.

The Model H1.5 STU can be equipped with a variety of product feeding systems including Positive Displacement Piston Pumps, Magnetic Flow Meter, Volumetric Cup Filler, Auger Filler and Combination Net-weigh scale.
Other models in the H Series offer larger pouch sizes up to 14.1 in. wide x 15.7 in. long while models offer machines for standard non stand-up, die cut shapes, corner sealing, spout shapes and model machines to handle pre-made pouches.
