Custom Flexible Packaging Machines

At Prodo-Pak Corporation, we design and manufacture the broadest range of standard and semi-custom flex packaging equipment available. Our equipment is used by customers in the food, personal care, and pharmaceutical industries to fill multiple types of flexible packaging.

Flexible packaging such as tubes, bags, and pouches are becoming increasingly popular with both manufacturers and consumers due to their lower cost and space saving characteristics. However, efficiently forming, filling, and sealing this packaging can be more challenging that simply filling and capping rigid packaging. Our machinery is designed specifically for flex packaging applications and can fill pouches at a rate of 20 to 200 pieces per minute, depending on model and application.

Multiple standard equipment models are available including horizontal and vertical form, fill, and seal machines as well as bag, sack, and tube fillers and sealers. Any machine can be customized to fit a specific application. These machines can be demonstrated for customers at our facility in Garfield, New Jersey. After the sale, we provide comprehensive service and installation at the customer’s facility.
