The new model RV-165
features dual axis servo driven rotary heating
sealing dies in an intermittent or continuous
motion format. It is designed to produce four-sided
sealed pouches in multiples of two or twelve across
the die face at a rate of 100-1,000 pouches/min.
Ideal with the addition of one of Prodo-Pak's many
standard fillers or dosing systems, the RV-165
offers the highest quality packaging of
tablets, capsules,
medical devices, swabs and towelletes, and is ideal
for free flowing powders and granular products.

such as liquids, powders,

solid state proportioning temperature controllers
for accurate heat control on both vertical and
horizontal sealers.

Prodo-Pak's Model PV-250 filler is the most
advanced form/fill/seal packaging machine available
in the food and beverage industry. It is capable of
filling flexible containers ranging in size from 4
oz (120 ml.) to 384 oz. with sauces, catsup, relish, juice, drinks,
wine, tomato paste, sliced pickles, paint,
industrial adhesives, and more. A wide range of standard and custom
designed dispensing valves and fitments can be
