TECHNICAL DESCRIPTIONS: MOD. H-110 AND H-110/D/DUPLEX The automatic machines of series H-110, were designed for packing powders, grains or liquids in sachets with three or four seals. Starting from a reel of heat-sealable material, it folds the film into a "V" shape. In intermittent cycles, by means of sealing jaws, it makes, fills and seals the sachet. It may fill volumetrically by interchangeable telescopic cups, by auger filler, by counter, by pump for liquids, etc., depending on the product's characteristics. The sachets are transported together in a strip, via intermittent motion. At the end of the cycle, they are cut in units, by means of two blades acting as scissors. After this, they are prepared for being counted, grouped and boxed.
